At Waxetty, we’re proud to ship our handcrafted products across Canada and the USA with affordable flat rates and reliable service. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policies and frequently asked questions.
Shipping Within Canada
Flat Rate: $12 CAD per order
FREE Shipping: On Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before tax)
Orders are shipped using trusted shipping partners with tracking provided
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on location
Shipping to the United States
Flat Rate: $12 USD per order
FREE Shipping: On U.S. orders over $75 USD (before tax)
Shipped using reliable tracked shipping services with insurance included

Currency Note: Prices on our website can be viewed in CAD or USD, depending on your location. Your payment will be processed in the selected currency at checkout based on your chosen display or region.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: U.S. orders under $800 USD typically qualify for duty-free entry under the de minimis threshold. However, any tariffs, duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Only Wax Products and Room Sprays are available for shipping to the USA (incl. Wax Melt Bars, Tarts, Wax Melts Plus and Snap Bars)
Due to customs regulations, international shipping costs, and value-based import restrictions, only our wax melts and room sprays are available for U.S. customers. These items qualify for smoother cross-border shipping, ensure a better experience at checkout, and keep shipping costs reasonable.

📭 Lost, Delayed, or Delivered but Not Received
If your package shows as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office or the courier noted on your tracking information first.

When is my package shipping?
Congratulations on your order! Your items will be handpicked and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Where is my package?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the date indicated on your tracking notice, please submit a customer form on our Contact Us page. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if needed.
What if my wax melts have frozen or melted during shipping?
In our cold Canadian winters and warm summer months, it’s not unusual for wax products to freeze or soften during transit.
Don’t worry—just do not open the packaging. Lay the wax melt flat in a cool, dark place for 48 hours to stabilize. Once acclimatized, it’s ready to use with no impact on quality.
✨ Note: Our wax tarts are a limited-edition cool weather item. We may pause e-commerce sales and shipping of these during the summer to protect their delicate shapes.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Please email us immediately at contactus@waxetty.ca with your order number and the updated info. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
We sometimes offer local pickup at markets or pop-up events. If available, this option will be shown at checkout or shared via social media.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We ship to PO boxes across Canada and the U.S. using our trusted shipping providers.
What if my room sprays freeze in the winter?
Room sprays or other liquids may temporarily separate if frozen during winter shipping. Let the product return to room temperature and shake well before use. This will restore normal texture and function.
What happens if my package is returned to Waxetty?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you. A re-shipping fee may apply. If you prefer a refund instead, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
My tracking hasn’t updated—is that normal?
Yes—especially during peak times or for cross-border shipments. Sometimes tracking can pause mid-transit but still arrive on time. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, reach out and we’ll look into it.
